Agreement
By downloading or using Zen Bell (“the App”), you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdfla/
Description of Service
The App provides mindfulness bell reminders, observation journaling, and practice statistics. Features include:
- Free tier: Bell scheduling, up to 30 journal entries, weekly statistics
- Premium tier: Unlimited journal entries, monthly statistics, cross-device cloud sync, data export, premium bell sounds
Subscriptions
- Monthly subscription: Billed monthly at the price displayed in the App
- Annual subscription: Billed annually at the price displayed in the App, includes a 7-day free trial
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create (observations, journal entries)
- You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Khanh Mai and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
